Direct Deposit Form

Get your paycheck directly deposited into your bank account and save yourself some time and hassle. To setup Direct Deposit you will need one of the following:

1) A VOIDED check: Most online banking accounts allow you to download a voided check for direct deposit setup. PLEASE WRITE “VOID” ACROSS YOUR CHECK.  THIS IS NOT A CHECK TO YOU.

2) Or a Direct Deposit form downloaded from your bank with the following information on it.

Full Name
Routing Number
Account Number

To enroll, complete the Standing Room Only direct deposit form below by filling in your Bank Routing Number, Bank Account Number, Account Type, and Bank Name. Be careful because if the numbers do not match, the payroll company will reject your application. Then upload a photo of the voided check or downloaded Direct Deposit Form from your bank, sign the form electronically, and you’re done.
